I'll be joining EY GDS on 4th May and have done everything asked like completed background verification talk, filled EIS with finance details and saw all videos on site as well its showing 100% completed but I still haven't received any NHO orientation mail, is it supposed to come early or just 1- 2 days before joining?

I am so confused on whether to take onsite or join jp morgan.
I don’t want to leave either.

6’5 here, does anyone have any recommendations on a good desk that is adjustable to a standing desk? I find that a lot of standing desks have a listed max height below 6’5

I’m noticing that a lot of recent graduates at my job don’t know many basic computer skills (ie. Copy and paste short cuts or how to use the Microsoft Suite at all). I’ve been tasked with creating trainings to teach them these skills but it’s concerning to see how this new generation is starting to lack these assets. What happened? I have 19 Oct,22 as my joining date, Still haven't recieved any mail regarding the onboarding. I've just got mail for bgv nothing else. Can someone guide me if I need to do anything or don't think of it as this is normal procedure?

I have completed "My Purpose" learning badge and to convert it to bronze I have submitted attested evidence as required but without screenshot of deliverables as I implemented learning into my life. It got rejected from BAT team for missing screenshots.
Next, I have submitted with some screenshots. It again got rejected saying inappropriate screenshots.
Can you please give some guidance to complete this badge. TIA.
