Hi all! I’m a relatively successful creative in my late 20s in a small European country, and I have two cool opportunities in front of me.

1. Take a job as a Creative Director and partner at a financially successful competing local agency that’s hungry for stronger creative work (it’s very mid now). Salary: €150k (~$170k).

2. Move abroad to a major market and join a world-class agency as a mid-level creative. Salary: €60k (~$75k).

What would you do/consider?
(Current salary is €80k)
