Hi all, I’m currently working as an SDET at E Tech IT Solutions LLP (CTC: 12.15 LPA). I’ve received two offers—one from Deloitte at 14.9 LPA and another from Planit at 17 LPA. Hi. I’m relatively new to recruiting and my role is primarily in supporting recruiters. I’ve noticed that even when I include a specific request or call to action, that my emails receive a response less than 50% of the time. Is this lack of responsiveness indicative of company culture or more about the culture of recruiting, since they receive so many emails? Thoughts? I’ve not experienced this rate of responsiveness in any organization I’ve worked for. I am beginning to take it personally.

Hi Fishes, I'm in a huge dilemma now. Im currently working with TCS and my CCTC is 10.29 LPA and I hold 2 offers, one with with Bank of America for 17.5 LPA Fixed and with CTS for 19 LPA.
My last date is Dec-30 and I received a call today from TCS HR for retaining me for 16 LPA max.
Earlier,before the call I had Bank of america in mind ahead of CTS for its work culture ,hike %, job security and other benefits. But here in TCS also I have very good role, job security and comfort.Please suggest!!

I have 7 years experience as a QA engineer in networking domains,to be specific to WiFi/WLAN testing.
I started my career with a 6LPA package,after gaining 2.7 years experience,
Switched to Second company for 9.5LPA .
Switched to a 3rd company (currently working here) which is my dream company for 18.5LPA with a total experience of 5.11 years.
Though I'm happy with my work and company culture, I am not completely satisfied with the current 18.5LPA salary. I always have a feeling I'm underpaid.
