Post on-site, recruiter informed me that my RRK is a bit weak and we cannot proceed with the original TPM role; She matched another team with me and wants me to do one more RRK. My GCA, leadership and googlyness all went very well, but RRK is more related to roles and I am concerned that my lack of technical skills could mess it up again.

Regret joining salesforce CSG.. Think twice before you join here if you are coming from any big4 consulting firms.. The way csg and their projects work are so worse..lot of politics, lack of expertise,incapable middle level management .If you are coming in with all the great expectations sorry to burst your bubble but beware .. I started my first in-house role about 4 months ago and I don’t think it’s the right fit. I love the no billable hours aspect, but otherwise I miss the structure of being at a firm. How long do you think I should try to stick this out before I move on? I want to give the job a real shot - and i know the transition to in-house can be jarring…but I also don’t want to spend too much time in a job that is a wrong fit.

What’s the biggest mistake you’ve made in your role?

How does this exit plan sound? 1. Tell coach and team on a Friday that I am leaving in 2 weeks (but not disclose where I am going) and start knowledge transfer asap. 2. Tell HR on Monday that I am leaving to a competitor (which means that they will probably cut me same day or next day while paying me for my 2 weeks). 3. Tell team that HR asked me to leave early (if they do say so) but that I will complete the knowledge transfer that day so that they are not screwed. Thoughts?
