I’m deciding between Morgan Stanley and EPAM Systems. Morgan Stanley has a slight edge in pay and brand, but I’d need to relocate to Mumbai and work hybrid. EPAM offers WFH and a chance to learn Databricks/Spark, which would broaden my current Snowflake-focused experience.

I’m confused between flexibility + skill growth OR brand + compensation. Would love to hear your thoughts!

Currently having 12.36lacs CTC, YOE 8, Business analyst skill, other skills power Bi, SQl, SAP Hana, before 1st round informed recruiter expected CTC as 20lacs not aware BOnus included in IQVIA.

HR opinion: Do I have any leverage as a hospital nurse case manager in negotiating earned time? Worse they say We'll check or get back to you. But never come back. Luckily I got selected into a tier-1 company and their Recruiter ignored me once 😂. I am gonna personally meet that recruiter on Day1.

I'm not good at my tech stack. I've somehow managed to perform all my tasks without any escalation/blunders but that also by some help/googling.
I also managed to switch from an Indian mnc to a reputed company and now also somehow cleared a FAANG interview,but i know I'm not much knowledgeable in my tech .
