Hi All,

I’m facing an issue during my onboarding process with my new company persistent. When I try to log in to the Oracle HCM onboarding portal (ehec.login.em2.oraclecloud.com), I keep getting the error:

“System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator.”

I’ve tried clearing cache, using incognito mode, and switching devices, but the error still appears. Because of this, I’m unable to upload my onboarding documents.

Is there a corporate way to bring up to senior leaders that an IC is causing issues across multiple teams because they are demanding and also doesn’t collaborate well? The IC gives vague “direction” then says they are too busy to clarify. They also refuse to use our project management/ collaboration tools.

This might be too ambiguous to answer, but I want to get better at taking iniative, but I don't know how. I can be pretty shy in work settings. I do things without being told, but I want to go beyond that like start projects etc. Provide more value.
