Pls offer your opinions about work culture, WLB, career progression, and hikes. I prefer Hyd but I'm leaning towards Optum because of GenAI work (hoping that I can work from Hyd if manager approves - possible?)

People at my company claim to be supportive, promote great work culture but there’s actually no support at all just bunch of bs. But my project is working only on back end with 10 years old tech stack. There is no front end work at all. What should I do?
