Hi All,
My joining is next week in EPAM and I've another offer from Tiger Analytics.
Since there are a lot of negative reviews about EPAM on Glassdoor regarding Job security, work life balance and bench policy.
Could you please share your honest opinion based on your experience in EPAM?

To be honest there will be a higher chance of firing if you are on the bench for 3+ months/ failed in 3+ client. And here they have an irregular staffing process i.e your proposal time might delay but you can't help it. So make sure you are into the project or else ask them for a client interview.
FYI I could see new joiners without project 4+ months

Now that we have work all year long and lack of an off season, isn’t it a good argument to work just 40 hours a week all year long? Of course there will be some 45s, but I feel it can all be managed if leaders are willing to turn away work and still make a good living. I just don’t see the tax profession improving at its current state, am I just being pessimistic? I know the demand will be there but to continue to work 55+ hours doesn’t sound like something I want to continue as I get older.
