I have an offer in Infosys (23 lpa) and Cognizant (20 lpa). I have accepted both the offers.

Can i ask cognizant to revise my salary to 23lpa as i like to join cognizant? Is this possible after accepting offer?

Hello, Need an advice on my offer from Deloitte. I am on OPT and looking for H1B sponsorship this year, recruiter said they will do it but I am wondering if I join after 2 weeks will they be able to do it as there won’t be much time left. My current company will file H1 for me. I got an offer for a consultant role at D with 25$k extra than my current salary and 10$k sign in bonus but I am currently working as a Sr Con. Is it advisable to take a risk in my case considering H1 as a priority?

Whenever I got promoted to digital ACD a few years ago, I noticed my pay was much lower than I expected for the market I’m in, hard to find skillsets, performance, and visibility I’ve brought to the agency. I’ve brought this up a few times and was told HR would do research into salary equity, but the convo always fades. 1. Deloitte USI - Analyst - 7.5 Lpa fixed + 75k variable + 3 lac joining bonus
