Hi all need some advice. I am currently working as a consultant at PwC post mba . Current base is 16 , 3jb , 10-30% variable. Based on this I got a hike from a startup I was interviewing with. Base 24 , esops -5 (paper money right now since early stage). Is this a good offer? Considering PwC will give market correction to a base of 20 ?

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. I wish I wasn’t adaptable. Humans aspire for a greater level of comfort and once achieved, adopt that as their new baseline. Because of this, somebody making $100k cannot simply comfortably revert back to a $50k lifestyle. The slow growth of personal wealth isn’t noticed as ideated. Instead, we are never satisfied.

I recently gave 3rd round of interview with Gamma and it went very smoothly.
I answered every question even interview ended on a very good note andI was confident that I will definitely make it to the next round then after an hour later I got the rejection email.
