Hi All, Need urgent help
I am currently working in IBM Consulting and I am in a PIP due to low performance in my previous project. I have been working on a new project for the last 2 months. My PIP will end in the next 1.5 months. I have an offer from another company. Before resigning from IBM, is it a good idea to talk to my PeM? My current PeM has not changed and is the same person who put me on the PIP. What should I say to him, and what can I expect from my PeM? Please need solutions IBM

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I have not done any consulting before so I am not sure how it works, what I would need to set up (they mentioned that I would start a LLC and bill them directly, no idea how to do that), how to determine the tax implications of this, or what hourly rate I would expect. Can anyone offer advice?

I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.
Is it ethical?

IBM has offered me X amount ctc and i accepted it on portal....now got to know that market valuation for 10.3 yoe is greater than offered ctc....can i ask HR to increase the ctc and change the band...will they consider it?...not holding any counter offer as of now
