Hi all, quick question on the BGV process — I have a total of 5 years of experience across 3 organizations. PF wasn't deducted in my 1st and 3rd organizations (not mandatory there), but was deducted in the 2nd for 1 year. Will the background verification check my PF/UAN history as well, or will my relieving and experience letters be sufficient to confirm my tenure? A bit worried about this, so any guidance would help. But one peculiar thing is happening. I have appeared for 4 Cognizant interviews but in all I have been rejected. Whereas most of my friends had easily cleared Cognizant. I am switching tech, so I am a bit concerned like whether my knowledge is too shallow😐

I am having LTI offer letter but the joining date mentioned in that is incorrect. When I called HR to change the date she told me to first accept the offer letter and resign from the current company and give me the screenshot of your resignation mail. So I did as she told. But till now my joining date is not changed in the offer letter and HR is not replying to any email, call or sms. What should I do now?
