Recently joined a consulting firm as a junior consultant and project manager straight from undergrad in netsuite consulting at a partner firm. So far managing project billables and allocations and training to become a consultant.

What has been your experience seeing consultants from partner firms being hired at Oracle as a consultant for netsuite? I know partner firms are typically much more stress and longer hours, but will it be a challenge for me to get a position as a consultant?

Constantly thinking why I chose US to study and have worked here for several years. Visa is such an issue for long term career move. Might have choose Canada or Australia...

I am a Angular Frontend developer with HTML, CSS, js, ts as my secondary languages. I also have some idea of Azure app services (and recently passed my AZ900 Exam last month).

I wish to upgrade my techstack but not sure what will help me to grow FINANCIALLY and have sustainable career in IT.
Can you guide me on what can I learn for the same.
1. React and react Native
2. Azure and complete any certification such as AZ 204
3. MEAN stack.

Just how bad would it be to quit without a two week notice? I’ve been bait & switched into a horrible role, overworked to the point of having medical problems, and no amount of diplomatic talks with my manager has improved the day to day. My mental health and my personal relationships have been on a steady decline.

I am a Sales Support Engineer (Applications Engineer) with 2 YOE. I am thinking about making a change because my job is no longer challenging, and there isn’t much growth opportunity in my company. Team just applied for a TS Clearance (defense agency). Trying to assess if it makes sense to wait till the clearance comes through (6 months to a year?) before I job hop. I'm hoping to get some clarity on the following:
1. Can my company withdraw or cancel my clearance if I leave right after I secure a TS?
2. In terms of compensation, how much value (% compensation) does a TS clearance have in the DC area? Places I'm considering: AWS, Azure, GCP, Data bricks, Appian etc.

Genuinely curious, do people actually enjoy working in the Oracle EPM system? Been working in it for 2 years and it’s miserable. I can’t imagine anyone waking up and looking forward to implementing that system, but that could just be me.
