She is either approached by people who keep her waiting or ghost her.
My entire family is worried that she'll end up alone. She is an introvert, sensitive and has a clean heart.
What is going wrong with her? How should my family handle this?

Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!
