This June last week is my joining date . For me 2 years have been completed here . Last time I got hike at my joining date, my manager told me that next year you're gonna get a good one . So the time came . This time he is saying from the client account they did some cost cutting . Should I ask him about how much I am gonna get and how to ask like i want more than the last time .

It's been 3 week with CTS (cognizant). After HR discussion HR said wait for offer letter but no offer letter yet.
