Hi all, today I had a salary discussion round with Wipro. HR asked me the expected CTC and I mentioned that I want it to be 17 lpa fixed, thinking she will try to negotiate further.
But she said she will try to match my expectations

Current CTC :8.68
Technology: EDI/IBM Sterling Integrator

This is my first switch so I am concerned will she reject my candidature because I expected a huge percentage of hike?
Please advise...

I have 14 years YOE in tech, but this would be my first intro to PM roles.
