What are the chances of an offer getting on hold at HCL after the compensation plan was shared?
I was intimated by the director during an interview that he informed the HR to roll out me the offer.
It's been 3+ weeks now since I have received the compensation plan and no response from the HR even if I call as well.

I have an offer to do some consulting for a company based out of the UK (I am in the US). The job would not go through a consulting company but would be directly with the company. I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
