Have an interview with a company I really want to work for tomorrow. My last job I was laid off b/c of an acquisition&recently accepted a job at a diff company b/c I couldnt afford not to. I got this invite shortly after. The place I’m interviewing at the job wouldn’t start til next year. I dont want to seem like a job hopper. Do i tell them I’m at a new role or just not bring it up? How do you respond to a super close friend who says they're not making masks mandatory at their June wedding (about 150 guests) because they want to have fun. Just received 2 offers that I’m weighing, both in Advertising tech:
1. Smaller firm about to be acquired by a larger one, Product Marketing role (title would be Sr. PMM)
2. FAANG, Sales Account Manager role (similar to my current role)
I have 5-6 YOE and have been in an Account Management role for most of my career - is it worth making the switch to PMM at a smaller firm or sticking with what I know at a FAANG? Both would have relatively similar comp. Thanks in advance for your input!

I interviewed for KPMG on 11/15 for a Senior role and the HR emailed me on 11/16 that everyone liked me but they think I should be hired as an Experienced Associate. I had a call with the HR on 11/17 wherein we discussed about my salary expectations and the HR said he will get back in a day. It’s been more than 10 days and multiple follow ups but still no response. I don’t think I was rude while talking to the HR, I just told my current salary and asked for min. that no. Did i miss the chance ?

I am due to join pwc IAC very soon. But while verifying my background, they tried calling my ex employer who didn't answer their calls or mails. It was a small firm with no specific HR department.
I forgot to take my relieving letter from him.
They have given me a partial go ahead to join contingent on the fact that i get the document from him.

Can anyone explain the difference between PWC SDC, PWC AC and PWC India?

I am trying to get into PWC. here are a few things I have heard so far. Is this fairly accurate?

1. PwC AC is offshore counterpart of PwC US. Good salary. No travel opportunities. Average yearly hike ~10% Mostly technical work.
2 PwC India is a pure consulting firm. Salary better than PwC AC. client facing work. Can grow as a management consultant. Great Travel opportunities.

Though my current company is an mnc but not that big and no work pressure is there, amazing work life balance. However, there is little to no learning and its very slow, the project is just starting and the client itself is not clear what they want. Do you think I should switch just because its a big 4.
