Seeking for your suggestions. I am planning to join pwc AC Bengaluru next month for SA-2 designation and I am working on oracle EPM tool. I would needing couple of details from you -
1- how is work life balance there
2- Is PwC firing people nowadays
3- do we need to work on multiple projects at a time
4- do we need work on shifts in pwc AC like night or evening shifts?

Wlb is worst..no job security...they don't have projects...lot of lay off going on...don't join PWC if you want to save your career
1. Work life balance depends on which project are you in
2. If your CTC is too high as per market standards then you'll be definitely laid off if found on bench irrelevant of how good your skills might be
3. Yes you need to work on different projects and at times your toxic manager might make you work extra for his project giving unofficially
4. Yes pwc has shifts but the allowance for it is also very good

Whats your current background, YOE, and current CTC, also how much are you offered could also be a factor in decision making

3. I have witnessed a few colleagues allocating 4 hours to one project and another 4 hours to a different one, but that’s uncommon.
