Hi EY GDS Fishes - Need your thoughts on EY GDS joining with 30LPA (inclusive bonus) with Manager 1 position for 14+ YOE. Need to understand for this YOE, Manager 1 is the right fit or is there any chance to negotiate with HR for Manager 2 or 3 ? If not, what are the chances of progressing to 2 or 3 like mandate years to be in the same rank ? Holding other offers with Wipro, Nagarro & IGT with higher CTC than EY GDS...Is it good to accept offer from EYGDS considering WLB, Job security n Big 4..

I just make a career transition from recruiting to Org Development at a consulting firm 6 months ago. I’m really struggling to learn the things I want to learn since I’m alone on projects and they aren’t change management based- more just building training materials (which is what I got my masters in). Is it worth to switch to an internal role even though I don’t have hands-on change management experience? All of the roles want change management. All advice and insight is welcome!

Hi fishes, I had cleared 3 rounds of interviews and a written assignment for a role in Aruba (HPE subsidiary). Now they said the job role is on hold for a few months. Candidates having offer are also put on hold. That doesn't seems fair considering a candidate has cleared all rounds of selection. Is this happened with anyone?

I just saw a Sr Mgr Marketo role posted - they want 6yr+ exp. Role has direct reports so 3yr+ mentoring/leadership exp. They want certifications in Marketo, nice to have SFDC cert. It’s remote. Salary starts at $90k. Are they kidding??! Or am I just expecting way too much for certifications, and managing others in todays world? haha

Is there any point in charging time to GAA (general and administration) if you've already hit 8 or more hours of client billable time for that day (e.g 8 for project + 2 for meetings/internal stuff).

I accepted an offer for a reputed firm and realized there is no mention of severance in the offer letter in the event they decide to end the employment. It is normal for firms to not offer severance?
