I joined HCL in july 2021 & completed one year in july 2022. Currently I am serving notice period and my last working day is December 7th. I resigned in September month

I'm up for a pharma agency senior CW role in the Rx/HCP vertical. I have been freelancing for 11 years, so mostly contract rates between $50 and $80 p/h (lower end on W2, higher 1099). They want to know my 1099 rate and salary requirements if full-time employee. Would $75 hourly and $110K be within range? They are in Philadelphia. My DOJ with PWC AC Bangalore is in the first week of April 2022 as per Offer Letter. YESTERDAY evening I have received an E-Mail stating my DOJ is changed to 03-Mar-2022 which is TODAY.
