Wondering how this fares against the Strategy and Planning team (which I’m guessing is the most elite Strategy team at Uber). 1. How is work related to devops and cloud ?

I have an offer to join a startup as an APM. The only downside is that the engineering team is located offshore in India. I’m concerned about the resulting impact because of 1) the potential late night calls 2) the learning opportunities missed by not working with a US engineering team (communication tactics, translatable skills) 3) potential exit opps into FAANG pm roles due to not having experience with an onshore eng team.
