An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.

Starting the interview process with another company in industrials, and my current TC is ~$600k. Headhunter wants to chat about comp expectations - anyone have advice on how to approach?
