Hi, can someone tell if hike, ratings, progression/ promotion is also mentioned in the same letter? What does it mean if mine only mentions the pb amount?

Fear I may have lowballed myself in initial discussions with HR and now expecting a formal offer. Honestly think 10k more would be more fair. What’s the best way for me to negotiate this after the formal offer is presented?
