Hi, currently i am interviewing for senior devops engineer in paytm, in starting they asked me to give merchant hiring test on hackerrank but later after interview they asked me to skip merchant test and given a new link for risk devops hiring test. Can anybody tell me difference? And also considering 2.8 years of experience what i can go for in negotiation because i don't have idea of pay here?

Recently i was scheduled for an EY GDS interview on 5th of November but no one showed up and interview did not take place , what is it mean?

Partners: How often are you paid? Do you receive regular paychecks/distributions in equal amounts? Does the firm ever withhold a check during a cash crunch?

Hi all, I am trying to DCA bi-weekly into Vanguard ETFs, (VO, VTI etc). It seems like Fidelity does not support auto buying of non-Fidelity ETFs. So I was wondering which of these options you think is best?

1. Open a Vanguard Invest account
2. Look for Fidelity ETFs that are similar to Vanguard ETFs
3. Use smaller brokerages like SoFi l, Robinhood etc.
