Would you bother to work at a company you don't want to work for but for a more interesting role?

Has anyone transitioned from consulting to a recruiter role? Willing to chat? I’d be curious to hear why you made the switch and if you are happy with the decision

I wanted to get people's opinions on leetcode, codewars etc when prepping for interviews. I am a junior full stack dev looking to move to a better paying junior role or a mid role and honestly these style of questions have always stumped me. I have found that in a year of work to have never found them useful in tackling real world issues. Now I'm moving from a junior to a mid can I still expect leetcode style questions?

I work mainly with react, TS, node, graphql, mongoose and mongoDB.

Recruiters, my position as senior in-house counsel at a privately held electronics manufacturing company was eliminated recently due to COVID. Looking for opportunities in the Mpls/Chicago areas. I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...
