Currently, I hold 2 offers and am in a dilemma about which one to pick.

I am a backend engineer with 4.5+ YOE with 20 LPA (fixed) + 7% Variable CTC.

Offers I hold:

FedEx with 31.5+ LPA Hyderabad wfo, the HR said it's the max package they can offer for FSD2.
Egen ai with 31 LPA Hyderabad wfh. I never heard of this company and they said they merged with spingML and will send a new offer letter but that's still not yet received.

Please help to share your options and experience.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.

Is this recommended approach?

Have an offer from a dream company but I'll need to go in at a lower level. Knowing that I can bring a lot of value to the company (read- I know my worth), I negotiated with the hiring manager to have a level/comp review 6 months after employment. If I hit all my goals (ie, prove myself) within that time frame, I'll get a promotion and salary adjustment.
QUESTIONS:

I received a phone call from Airtel Digital yesterday. They are looking for Java Backend Engineers. The HR asked me about my NP. I honestly told them 90 days, but they are looking for someone to join in 45 days. I told her that I could finish my work in 60 days and join Airtel in 60 days, but she was not agreeing. She told me to start servicing notice.
The question is, how can I convince HR?
I have a total of 1.3 years of experience.
