Hi currently I’m working in hcl now I’m having total 6Y of experiences .when I was join in HCl I have total 4Y experience with 6LPA salary in HCl after one year they have give some .2 Hike now I’m having 6.2 LPA . Im feeling underpaid in hcl

Now ,I got one better opportunity with 11LPA salary from some other company I got selected . Now my question is I’m at the end of the payrevision time is my manger give a better pay scale in hcl?!or shall I skip the Hcl

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.
