I need help /advice in my career advancement , how should I go from here & what are the tech I should focus considering dynamic & very completive envt. I'm targeting FAANG /atlassian/paypal/intuit like companies . I've 12+ of exp(fintech) with expertise in spring boot + java (rel 12y)+ & last 6 years into data engineering ( included hadoop + spark) . Also exposure in azure cloud . Thinking to explore AI/ML path to broaden my skill? Please suggest IIT for AI/ML -cert/PG?

So I’ve been studying for the AWS cloud practitioner certification for a month now and completed all cloud quest levels but still not feeling 100% confident. Has anyone tried the exam question dumps ? There are so many websites but not sure which one is the most reliable one as all of them you would have to purchase such as pass-guaranteed, certwizard, etc.. any recommendations is greatly appreciated

I have 9 years of experience as a QA out of which last 2-3 is an individual contributor (sole qa owner) plus team lead of a qa team.. I want to pursue masters in the UK so I can have a role like Project Manager/Test Manager/Scrum Master in the future.. what course should I go for:
1. MSc Management
2. Business Analysis and Consulting
3. MBA (not so easy as I don't want to give GMAT, will select certain colleges that do not need GMAT score)

Just got off the phone with a recruiter who asked me what year I graduated from my MBA program and college and effectively told me I was too old for the role. I do have the 1 year of experience they asked for in the job in question. It's just that I have all this other experience in things unrelated to the role or things I want to deemphasize in my next role. Is there anything I can do? I only list the last 8 years of experience (as it's most relevant) and don't have my graduation years listed.
