I recently got offer letter from kyndryl. my YoE is 11.5 Years and skill set is that of DevOps (Python, Ansible, AWS, rDBMS, shell etc). Kyndryl offered the band 7a with salary 21lpa. Am I underpaid? Should I have asked for more?

Heartbroken - found out yesterday that someone very close to me in my family who has been clean for 10+ years (addicted to coke and alcohol, used it as a crutch for sexuality issues), relapsed recently and has started casually drinking again. I am the only one who knows this, and if it gets around, it will mess everything up for him. At a loss about what I can do to help, but also want to communicate to him that I think it’s a very bad idea that he start drinking again. Need some help: doing taxes and seems I exceeded the comp limit to create a Roth IRA and process a $6k 2020 contribution due to wife’s government unemployment pandemic boosts/extensions. I gave an interview on Thursday, got information from hiring consultant on Friday that I have cleared that and the LTI HR will schedule next interview on Monday.

Since then I haven't got any further call till now (Monday Evening).
Seems the consultant too has no clue.
