I don't have personal experience but I guess the few places that are frequently talked about are tbwa/hakuhodo, wieden, dentsu, ogilvy and akqa?
Heard some unsavory things about AKQA there on a LinkedIn post

Dentsu and Hakuhodo runs the monopoly of media - typically creative agencies that are not under them have it hard. Unless, connections
Depends what 'best' means. There's some incredible creative shops (and not just WK) but they will always be small players to the monopoly of Dentsu and Hakuhado.
Mothers day gift ideas? (Nothing covid related please)
Do you tell coworkers about a sick parent if it’s affecting your productivity ?
This may not be the right forum, however has anyone had a family member go into a hospital for a non-covid related emergency in the nyc/nj area since this all began? Context below.
Anyone do H1B transfers since the new wage level went into affect? How has your experience been and has the new firm filed under a lower wage level to ensure you are above the prevailing wage?

I’m currently an Exp. Associate (in my 3rd year) and another Big 4 firm is offering to make me a Senior. Should I do it? Would it be worth the switch in terms of career progression, salary, etc...?
Why is bonus included within the base salary for CapG? A recruiter called and I was stunned with this info. Had to negotiate hard. Is this the trend in CapG?.

2021 Headwinds and Tailwinds. What are the thoughts as the fiscal year closes out? I'm seeing 2021 as likely more punishing given the lack of visibility and the fact we may have diminished economic activity for 2 to 3 quarters. I have little visibility into how comp will be impacted but can only imagine lots of early retirement zoom parties. Thoughts?
If you had to choose which one: an LLM in famous school or CPA? Which is better for jobs and salary? Which is harder? Tell me your experience.
🐠 on H1B visa: my current I 797 expires in July 2017. When should I start asking Partner/HR/Legal for the extension?
I’m at a small to mid-size firm where we do not have a good maternity leave policy (4 weeks paid; 2 parental leave; additional 2 if you have been there three years or more). I’m feeling extremely stressed about several things: getting pregnant, needing time off for any potential issues while pregnant, needing unpaid leave while being the breadwinner, the impact of being a mother at a firm that is mostly older male partners... how do I navigate all of this AND advocate for a better policy?
Woke up at 2am hearing multiple "shots" fired. Saw suspicious guy bike away. Held off calling the cops. Heard "shots" again. Almost dialed 911, then I saw fireworks. Early July 4th or elaborate cover?
Account People: what keeps you from going client side? Hours and money are supposedly better. You don't have so take it from the client. If you're lucky, you could even work for a company you admire.
Interviewed for a position that I don’t have much interest. Should I send a thank you message?
Would PwC reimburse me if I study for my CFE and it is not required for my current job?
