Am I a POS who is incompetent? Tbh I think it’s cuz I’m working on projects that aren’t in my skill set since my last role was eliminated… so the role I’m doing is them squeezing a square into circle, and I know it. Yes, I’m applying elsewhere.

The question is, is graduation from law school, not minimum competency? With this line of reasoning we are saying that law schools do not produce competent future lawyers, so should we instead switch to a system of taking the bar without the three years of a measure that frankly bar associations have deemed not an adequate measure? Dash this comment aside if it is fallible, but there is something here that has been overlooked. Competence is not regurgitation and memorization.

Any account folks make the leap to client side/in-house agencies? I’m so over being in client service, but still love the process. How is it on the dark side?

I have 7+ years of experience in java technology stack.
I am currently holding offers from the companies like TCS,Deloitte, Xoriant and ibm.
Maximum offer i have is of 23 LPA.
Can anyone one suggest how much Mastercard will offer for senior software engineer position ?

Hi.. I’m really struggling lately with stress and anxiety. I’ve always had depression but it’s been more maniac and often manageable. I’m at my breaking point now and don’t know what to do. I revised my CTC from JPMC before joining. Now in 1-1 discussion my manager told very nice things about me but also told me that my CTC is already above market standards for my experience and tech stack. He told that they won't be able to justify my pay and gave me SOO. How much is the hike and bonus for SOO rating?
