I know everyone will have different answers for this but how did you know it was time to get sober? Ok so I was in a job search support group today and the issue came up about one's aims when job hunting. They tell me it's not about me it's about what the employer wants.

Thing is for me it *IS* about me. The employer is just a vehicle for me to have the lifestyle I want. Why can't we be real about why we want a job? I want to be stimulated by what I do and be paid well. If a job isn't increasing my market value and doesn't pay well I'm gonna wanna to leave. What can I say, I'm a bad actress.

I currently do planning system implementation at SC level. Quite technical stuff and less PMO. What are my future career possibilities from here onwards? Can I keep progressing in the standard ladder and keep doing implementations, or is it automatically going to end up becoming more are more sales oriented and less actual implementation work? Especially interested in the SM level and above. I’d prefer staying at Big 4 and avoid the supplier side.
