I’m actively looking and able to start soon — I’m currently in the process of getting my driver’s license, but I do not have it yet, so I’m looking for roles that do not require a driver’s license at the moment.

Need to discuss an offer I got from MasterCard for Director of Product, based in Pune, India. Below are my details:
I am a multiple time founder, ran my company for 4 years, a self funded startup, so no concept of salary. My last CTC with a US based firm as a consultant was USD 96000 until Jan 2021 (I was residing in India).
I have an offer in hand from a startup for 90 LPA + 1Cr worth of ESOPs.

This individual has a doctorate in business with a focus in HR, her SPHR, Federal, and private sector experience at the singer level, and has a fabulous personality.
