I am a DC Analyst looking for my first staffing opportunity. I joined this firm in September 2022 as a campus hire. Since joining the firm ,I underwent AI Academy's bootcamp/training for 2 months and successfully cleared its certification. My skillsets include:

1.Oracle SQL

2.Python libraries for EDA(Pandas,Numpy,Matplotlib),

3.Pyspark

4.PowerBI.

I am also eager to learn any new skills/platforms if necessary.

I have cleared 2nd round(managerial) with TCS direct project recruitment and waiting for salary negotiation. I'm confused whether to join TCS now itself (which might be too soon to settle down) or go for CTS for next 2 years. Please suggest me.
