Infosys countered with a 30% hike and an onsite opportunity in Mexico, aligning with my desire for international exposure.

Let's say Family consists of husband , wife and a kid . I've recently got an offer for 60k yearly in Hamburg. They're sponsoring relocation for myself and wife as well and 3 month stay.
Currently placed at 20 lpa with 7 years of exp and wife at 12 lpa.
And before moving she would have to put down the papers and search for job there afresh.
