I am an sap consultant with 9.5 years of experience and I am currently in the hexaware selection process and cleared 1st round of technical interview , now they have schedule my second round of technomanagerial interview .

I wanted to know if this is the normal process for all senior employees or they are taking technomanagerial round because they want me to put in any managerial position .

Currently interviewing for a nontechnical role (final round is getting scheduled rn) and I see there’s a new job posting for a different role that I might be more excited by, for the same/associated team. What do I do?? Email my recruiter saying I want to be considered? Apply? How does going for two roles work? The referral from the original job I’m interviewing for has expired fwiw.

GCA Questions Help

Hi everyone!
I've had 2 rounds of interviews at Google (UK) for a non-tech role in Platforms & Ecosystems (L4/L5). Recruiter told me that I've been selected for the final rounds (GCA + Leadership Interview). From his feedback, one thing they wanted me to improve on was the GCA Questions. Would anyone have any tips on how to prepare for these? I've checked some of Jeff Sipe videos online but would appreciate any support! I find GCA quite stressful...

Do you still write thank you emails after interviews? A lot of the roles I interview for these days are coordinated by recruiters so I don’t see the interviewers emails

Hi everyone. I’m a front end software engineer. I’m interviewing next week for a solutions engineer at a company I really like, which I mistakenly applied for as I saw they needed ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML/CSS.
