I am planning to join Barclay's pune in may for role of data engineer position.

additionally i have offer from Capgemini as well

can anyone working in same field/domain suggest if it is really worth it? like will i get chance to work on good techs or not?

please let me know if any other suggestions as well?

Barclays one advantage is they are a bank.
Capgemi you will have to get assigned a project or bench. Barclays will hire for a project.
