Hi Everyone,I got the offer for SWE-2 ,3 months back but that time Microsoft and Salesforce interviews were in the pipeline and almost on the last stages of the interviews(was not able to make it in both).So i rejected the offer and even JPMC WFO policy was not suiting me as in my current company it is totally flexible.But some days back I tried reaching recruiter if she can consider again.She said you need to go through interview loop again.Does JPMC still hiring for SWE-2?

I’ve been running into weird happenings at my new firm learn of everything “I misunderstood” about my package. I don’t actually qualify for quarterly bonuses at a pro-rated billing rate; no 401ks till year 2; and the biggest—we don’t qualify for a raise unless we are here during the entire fiscal year. We have a 2100 billable req which I’m barely hitting. We also get paid below 6 figures. I learned that the new associates came is at least $10k over us. I graduated 2020–but 1st firm job. Advice?

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? Only get a MacBook if you already have a windows pc, citrix workspace works best on a windows. In mac you cannot use shortcuts like Alt+tab inside the VDI. So choose wisely
