I had an HR discussion last week, during which she requested all the necessary documents and salary slips. However, we did not discuss salary details. When can I expect to receive the offer letter from Walmart, and what will be the compensation package?

My current CTC is:
Base Fixed: 18 LPA
Variable: 1 LPA
Notice Period: 2 months
Years of Experience: 5 years and 6 months
I interviewed for the SDE 3 role.

Also, is there a possibility that they might not release the offer letter?

Does ey file premium for h1b renewal? My h1b expires end of Sep this yr. Was planning to reach out to EY Law to kickstart process in May. Is that reasonable?
