• Deloitte – 16 LPA fixed + 10% variable + ₹1 lakh joining bonus
• LTIMindtree – 17 LPA fixed
• Fractal Analytics – 17 LPA fixed + ₹1.5 LPA committed pay

All three roles are hybrid. Which offer would you recommend considering career growth, learning opportunities, work-life balance, and long-term prospects?

Is it worth it to go into acting for the pay only? I've received a couple opportunities with decent pay, and while this is not the path I want for my life, it's all I have at the moment.
