I have an offer of around 39 LPA + bonus and my wife is holding an offer of 32 LPA in India. Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. They already told me the salary range during this first call, but wondering if they like me enough and I get an offer, how I might approach negotiating for more. Hello fishes, I joined IBM on 16th Aug 2021 as a Data Scientist and was offered 1L joining bonus. Will I have to pay back the joining bonus if I leave IBM on 16th Aug 2022 , i.e , after completing 1 year ?

I just signed the offer letter from Absolutdata acquired by Infogain , and even before joining the company they sent me a welcome kit.
I am unsure of joining them in case I get a better counter offer, but I am a bit worried now since they already sent me a welcome kit. I am wondering what made them sure that I will join them and not any other company. Is it that after signing offer letter I cannot join other company?
