I have a basic of 20 lpa currently, working as a band 30 - Sr Analyst at Amex. I feel I am significantly undercompensated. I was promoted this year in Feb and will be promoted to manager most likely next year. I wanted to understand from you guys if this is the right time for me to switch and get a good hike.
My total experience is close to 4 years. At Amex I have been for 2 years and 8 months.

I am currently working as a Data Science Analyst in Amex and would like to make a switch to Fraud detection/Credit risk modelling in future.(not in a hurry but would like to start preparing for the same)
How should I go about preparing for it? Is MBA the only course?
My current tech stack is Python, Pyspark, Hive, SQL, ML, DL(specifically NLP based). I have already done MS in CS from IIT Kgp.
I am confused mainly cause the tech stack requirement is similar to my role in the company.
