I have a concern. I've been working as an consultant for a company in the last 4 years. I have had inconsistent project opportunities through this company except 2023 and 2024 as I had two projects back to back. Now I'm in my 2nd trimester of pregnancy and have already told my manager. I feel that now I am not getting any projects because of my pregnancy. Has anyone experienced this and any advice on what should I do?

I'm feeling a lot of anger towards my manager (now he's acting normal but there were moments where he was condescending/dismissive/mocked my and others work/arrogant/said stuff was "wrong" constantly/belittling the difficulty of tasks etc. in the past project).

2. Work experience on S4 Hana.

And if I don't have atleast any one of these, I will not be considered.

Is it really that important ?
