I have a total of 2 years of experience in Salesforce development, out of which 6 months was internship. Will that be considered as proper experience? Or will companies consider only 1.5 years of experience?

I am planning to make a switch. My current Ctc is 8.12 LPA. How much should I ask for and how much can I expect?

One troubling angle was the use of NDAs to stifle victims. NDAs have for too long enabled bad behavior to continue, and it's time companies pledged to stop using NDAs in settlements with victims -- the coverup is worse than the bad acts. Any tips on how to deal with this…my entire team was let go today (was 5, now just me). 1. CGI - 25LPA +1L JB
2. Neev systems - 23LPA (5%VP)

Neev systems is ready to negotiate it with CGI. And both companies have their own benefits.

Neev's hike is good compared to CGI(almost double) & CGI have some additional perks like cab facility, Creche allowance, mobile, internet bills reimbursements and additional 5% shares.

Both might have similar WLB (12-9pm).

My DOJ is tomorrow, unable to decide between them. Pls help me!!
