I have around 5 years of experience in Salesforce. I’ve recently cleared all the technical interview rounds at Accenture, and my salary discussion is scheduled for next week.
My current CTC is 25 LPA. I joined my current company two months ago, but due to the lack of projects, I’m planning to move out.
In this situation, should I expect the same CTC, or is it okay to negotiate? If negotiation is fine, how much hike can I realistically expect?

Some Business Intelligence/Analyst roles are very data heavy. I wonder why these roles do not have the term “data” in them, and wonder if it’s to keep the salary lower than it should be. I have colleagues doing intense data science tasks as BI Analysts, and can’t help but feel indignant on their behalf because when hearing their job title, one would underestimate their technical ability.

Anyone know the comp for staff attorneys at a premiere lit boutique like Susman? Interested in making the move as an alternative to going in-house, but also aware that it would reduce comp and might be a step down and result in being seen as a second-class citizen.
