I have got an offer at 40 percent hike for KPMG, bangalore location.
I am currently in EY LLP and not happy with the compensation but the project is well paced as per and as per my expectations. Any suggestions regarding KPMG work culture and the project..as i am too confused to decide whether to go for the hike or keep working here at the same pay structure for another year ..any Kpmg peeps who can give their inputs?

Hi friends. I have been offered Manager designation at EY GDS in Consulting. I have 9 years of credit risk experience in BFSI companies (apart from 3 years of pre-MBA experience in IT). I have no prior experience in consulting.

Is it a good decision to join this profile? What would be the day-to-day work of a manager be like?

PS: Is the designation reasonable? I see some people with 6-7 YOE as managers and with 8-9 YOE as senior managers.

Hi fishes, need a advice I attended interview @ TCS on August 26th 2021.I was told that i was selected on september 21st 2021 and asked to upload documents in ibegin portal. I uploaded documents. HR told me that all the documents are fine and forwarding my profile further. But still experience letter/relieving letter section showing Pending for verification. Also still didn't get any update regarding salary discussion call/offer letter etc. don’t know what to do now !

KPMG has only mentioned the fixed part of salary in the offer letter. Somehow the recruiter said the % variable part wouldn’t be mentioned in it. While on call she said the variable can go upto as high as 20% of fixed but usually above 10% for an average rating. So would it be right for me to say the CTC is Fixed + 20% fixed without being explicitly said in the offer letter?
