I have joined X company on 7th sep.
But one offer was in the pipeline and that offer came today after joining X company. Its been 2 days joined the X company, i did not collect the laptop nor went physically for document verification.
Another company giving me permanent wfh, i can easily manage my child and my job.
In X company we have to go to office.
Please give some advice how to approach X company's HR. Should I tell the exact reason or anything else? Please help!!

Hi, I'm an employee at a hotel chain who works remotely. I've been working remotely for over a year now and I love it! The company I work for is very supportive of remote workers, which is great.

But there's one thing that's been bothering me: it's hard to get feedback on my work when I'm not in the office. It would be great if there was some kind of system that let me know how my performance was being evaluated while I'm working on projects from home.

Any advice for monitoring employees while working from home? Our phone system works from an app in our cells and we have remote access to our files and computers. I got an offer from PwC. The joining date that I had agreed from my side was 2 June. But I don't know that even in probation the NP is 90 days (it was mentioned in the release doc as 1 month but I didn't take that screenshot as proof). I told the whole issue to my recruiter and she sent a confirmation mail stating that she will revise my joining date by 90 days without issue. Is there any chance they can revoke the offer? I have put down my papers already.
