Hi Everyone, I have one question regarding WFH policy in Infosys. My colleague who is currently working in Infosys, he used to do wfh even before COVID era, because of project requirements. He has evening shift ( 2 am IST - 11 pm IST) and handles two projects. Now, starting from last 1-2 weeks, his manager is asking to join office for at least 10 days a month. But it will be very difficult to handle the evening shift in this way. Manager says speak to HR regarding this. What to do? Plz help.
