Hi everyone. I just graduated with my undergrad degree in Forensic accounting in May and will be finishing my Masters of Fraud & Forensics in December. I had 2 internships during school and have just recently started as a Forensic Staff Accountant at MDD. I looking to get more into Fraud & Forensics. MDD does mostly business interruption and it’s kinda boring and not what I went to school for. I’m also currently in the 90 day challenge to pass the CFE exam. Does anyone have any advice?

I am an Audit S1 that wants to work in a B4 Forensics practice. Would it be best for me to accept an offer in Forensics at a much smaller firm (local, 150ish total employees) to gain experience and then try to move to B4 Forensics? Or should I stay in Audit and wait for B4 Forensics positions to open up? Please let me know your thoughts!

I'm getting a MAcc to career change to forensic accounting. What opportunities are available to me with a data analytics heavy MAcc? Please who knows about the advisory practice within the PwC financial crime unit (Canada Acceleration Centre)? I understand it is a client non-facing advisory role. Would it be a good career decision for someone coming from GRC firms like Kroll, Control Risk or Exiger? I am concerned about the negative reviews relating to the PwC acceleration centres in general, and getting stuck in a role which does not provide growth opportunities. Thank you.
